“Just got a haircut today. Felt like I was a valued customer and saw the attention to detail not only in cutting hair but in addending the ones who waited by offering refreshments. Even when there was a long wait line and despite a potential customer leaving early just to come in and leave due to long wait time, the barber still attended and explained the wait time situation, offered refreshments, and they went on there merry way in hopes that they will come back another day. “I bought a 2010 Grand Caravan w/side ramp for my wife. I dealt with Jarrod & George. The deal was incredibly smooth, great service and attention to your needs. Now on the other hand, I bought a Bruno ASL-275 Out-Sider lift for my Jeep on their online store and that only gets a 2 star rating as I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for the lift to be delivered to the service dept. and this is unacceptable. The service dept. manager is working with me now to find out what's going on & I have faith she will do all that she can to get this finally moving forward. Bottom line. Buy from the dealership directly, do not buy from the online store, too much red tape apparently.”

“I wish I didn't have to take off a star. The crew at this store are 6 stars. Its just I think something has to change. In my opinion I think that regional mangers and general managers really need to step it up and big time. Better training/pay and more PPE supplies for the maintenance crew. Those guys are on the front line of some of the worst messes known to man. Cleaning up after a relentless amount of truckers and travelers is a hard job. It's a shame that the front line maintenance workers at most of the truck stops across America are under trained ,under paid,and left to clean up hazardous messes in the bathrooms/showers and unfortunately the parking lot with piss jugs sometimes spewing from the top when they are cleaned up. That's it, and on the other side to the maintenance crews that just suck at cleaning showers should be warned to get better or be fired. Sometimes they don't even wipe down the toilets in the paid showers in between customers.”
