“I booked the mile high flight as a surprise for my boyfriend and it was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend thought we were doing a helicopter ride once we pulled into the airport and I let him think that’s all it was, I even texted Andy to have him keep it a secret up until the very last second and he did a great job on leading him up to the big excitement. I would 100% recommended this to anyone, was exciting and crossed off a bucket list item. Andy was a great pilot and made our entire experience perfect. “Shashwat Pendent we tremendously helpful to get our refund back form. Fiji. Airlines. Very polite and apologized each time he had us on old while he was on the other line with the Airlines. He was extremely helpful and informative of what’s going to happen and how he’s trying his best to be on the same page as Fiji Airlines due to the fact that they are the ones who have that 24hr non-refundable policy if you cancel your flight within 24 hrs of purchase. (Which I found ridiculously inconvenient. My husband and I caught COVID 1-2 days before we’re were supposed to travel to Australia. So even though they have that very inconvenient 24 refund policy, Expedia is going above and beyond and promised it will be refunded in a few days or so. And I will be given updates if there’s any issues regarding the refund by Shashwat (hopefully)! He is an excellent customer service representative.”

She is a professional who is concerned with not only getting you the best accommodations and transportation but at a reasonable price. Just recently my son and I went to the Grand Canyon that Paula setup with Amtrak railways. The all inclusive journey started in Washington DC through Chicago, Illinois and then on through the midwest to southern rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. I didn't have to worry about anything. Food, drinks and entertainment were part of the package deal that Paula arranged for us. Next year I'm planning a trip to New Orleans with my daughters. Paula is already working on it.”
