I have been with Kaia Fit Fernley for two years now. I am so thankful that I discovered this gem. It is not just about the workouts that keep me coming, those are just a bonus. The friendships that have been created because of Kaia are so special. If I am in town, you can bet I am looking forward to attending. If I am out of town, I truely miss the workouts.
The owner and coaches create an environment that you look forward to. They encourage you to go beyond what you think you are capable of doing.
I love the variety of workouts available almost everyday. The time slots that are offered each day make it possible for a person to fit it into their busy schedules.

Joining Kaia has been such an amazing experience for me I have found a strength and dedication to working out that I didn't know I had. At first I was totally nervous and didn't think I'd have what it takes and wouldn't be able to keep up with those who had joined before me. I quickly learned that everyone in the class is at different levels of fitness. The coaches are amazing and willing to show each excersis in different levels if needed. They encourage you through out each workout. In fact they become more then just a fitness coaches they become your friend. I would highly recommend Kaia fit Fernley!

I got exactly what I was looking for coming to Kaia. The coaches are so helpful and will show you exactly what to do, and modify what exercise is best for you.
