Comstock Firemen's Museum

Super neat museum about Virginia City’s history of firefighting. Original horse drawn “fire truck”. Free, but accept donations as it remains opens on donations, please help however you can. Variety of different helmets and suits they have worn throughout history.

Really interesting little museum about the history of the local fire fighters

We've lived here for 16 yrs and finally made it inside the museum. It's very nicely set up with engines of various ages and the displays are informative. During those years I've known many people working there but never went in! Go inside and make a donation.

Nice small museum with great collections of old fireman equipments, really well maintained. The gentleman who was the staff of the day was super friendly. This whole place runs on donation fundings so if you enjoy the exhibition please be sure to donate!
