Lake Tahoe - Nevada State Park

Great park! Will come again in spring

The beach is expansive, better get here early though, some research might be warranted to beat the seasonal smoke and fumes. Fauna is friendliish , exemplified by the aquacktic animals. Water is amazing though, and the rentals look fun.

An absolute gem and great family get away. We biked the East-shore trail path near Incline village all the way down to the beach. The bike ride is fabulous very scenic and worth the mild incline workout. If you are not use to the altitude and or are not comfortable on a bike I suggest you walk it or rent an e-bike. Both options very popular and thus mildly congested at times.

Great Place to spend the day the water is clean, blue, and cold 🥶 but you can still get in the water if you don’t mind the cold.
Arrive early, I mean early if you want to find parking, and a great spot to hang out. Don’t leave any food open inside your car (🐻♥️🥘)The beach is pet friendly, make sure to pick up your trash and anything that your pet leaves behind, if you are a visitor respect the speed limit and be a responsible guest. Great views of Lake Tahoe here. This is such a beautiful lake to stop and visit. Drove around the lake a few times during our four-day stay and every time the view was amazing!
