All your employees are very friendly even when we where standing in line ,the young man made conversation with me to help while we stood in line. Great prices,love the jewelry counter and I got a pair of totoe boots love them. Store clean and bright in the Adrian store,we are from upper Michigan.Keep up good job.

I was looking for a new coat last winter. I had been to a couple of other stores with out any luck. I found what I was looking for at Kohl's, plus it was on sale. I just bought a couple of shirts there. Also on sale. They have name brand merchandise which is usually more expensive. I will be going back. The staff was friendly. The store is clean.

I only did a amazon return. The ladies back in that dept. Are always nice and helpful. So even though I didn't buy anything I'm going to give them 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience this time at Kohl's. I found the shorts and sneakers I wanted, and on sale! Returned today for shoes. Very helpful staff made it pleasant
