The staff here are all great, very helpful and friendly. I brought my bike in because one wheel cannot be held at the right position any more (a screw nut fell off and I couldn't find it). They found a new screw nut for me, fix the wheel for me perfectly, and didn't charge me any money for this repair. Thank you very much!

Price was the best I could find. They were quick and helful. They charged us a $17 "convenience fee." I have no idea what that was for, since we picked them up and dropped them off. Guess I should have asked.

Village Ski Loft has the best rental prices of all places, and service was quick and efficient. We also got recommended to get boot fitting here from Tahoe Dave's because these people are pro. My boyfriend got his boots here, and it was not more expensive than online. The next day I came in with my boots bought from elsewhere to get a boot fitting because they hurt my feet. Rick helped me and gave me such good and honest advice, and didn't push me into buying services and upgrades. It turned out I only needed thinner ski socks.
