Only been to this location one time. It is located in Washoe valley. The facility was fully fenced with barbed wire. You needed a gate code to get into the facility. The buildings look fairly clean. And well maintained. Parking lot is half asphalt half dirt.

The staff, especially Lisa was great to interact with regarding my rental. Very friendly and always a helpful, I fully recommend finding your storage needs with Cube in the Washoe Vally area. Ask for Lisa!

Really easy to sign up and pay. Best price in the Carson/Reno area when I looked around. Lisa made my entire experience super smooth.

Lisa the store manager is awesome she is very helpful and has great customer service. The prices are awesome. I have a few units and it has been a great experience so far.
