The Village at Arrow Creek Parkway

My fiancé and I are so excited that we found our new home. Justin was unbelievably kind, generous, and made us feel right at home. His response time to our application could not have been faster and he has accommodated any question we have had. We can't thank him enough for helping us find our new and first home together. Thank you Justin!

The Village was great. We just moved out after almost 3 years, and I only have good things to say. Justin really is great, I worked with him the most, but the whole staff is awesome. Always prompt and professional. Moving in was easy and graceful. If I ever needed something fixed, they came right away. They were great when we moved out, fair with our final paperwork. Overall we were so cozy in our little apartment. The only thing I didn’t love about the place, was a real lack of community feeling. But I guess the upside to that was everyone keeps to themselves and minds their business.

Recently, my girlfriend and I had begun looking for new apartments and were lucky enough to come across the village! Upon arriving, we met with Justin, who could not have made us any happier! Justin was kind, professional, and sincere. He presented us with our options, and made sure we knew that there was no pressure in making the choice. Overall, we probably would have not gotten the apartment if it wasn’t for the way Justin had made us feel. It is very obvious that the management here is attentive and truly cares. We can’t wait to be apart of this community, we know we’ll be taken care of!

I've been living here about a week so far, and I'm loving it! Justin has been AMAZING during this entire process. He is so kind and welcoming, and seems to really care about the people who live here. He was quick to answer any questions, and sent out a service request immediately when I was having issues with my thermostat. He has made the process so much easier and more enjoyable. In general, the apartments are clean and quiet, and especially for the price compared to other apartments in the area, the inside is gorgeous and so airy! The location is amazing. Quick and easy access to the 395 and the Mt. Rose highway, but tucked back enough that you don't get a lot of the traffic noise.

My room mate and I worked with Justin and are very grateful for his help through the lease process. He was very quick to respond and had great attention to detail. This is the nicest place I've ever lived. Great amenities (including a heated pool). Neighbors seem nice. Waiting to move in was the hardest part of the process (other than actually moving our stuff in). I hope the company appreciates Justin, he deserves a raise!!! A nice place can sell it's self, but knowing the staff is top notch makes it that much better.
