  I am so in love with these bikinis and what this company stands for! I have always identified as "Strange" so I HAD to order the black printed sweatshirt while waiting to save up for one of the swim sets ???? I can tell you the fabric quality and printing quality is TOP OF THE LINE! So soft, so cozy, and you wont see many with this logo ???? I can only imagine (for now) how buttery soft the fabric of the bikini I purchase is going to feel and look!!!

  I was so excited when I found Strange Bikinis. Especially Ali, who custom makes swimsuits! Being a plus size girl I already find it difficult to hunt for swimsuits when either the top is uncomfortably small or bottoms that make you look like you have a saggy diaper. Unfortunately the the SB’s XL does not fit. My size is 14-16 bottoms, 38 DD-top so I get my suits custom. If you order a custom, be patient and expect at least 4-6 weeks. Trust me! It’s worth the wait. What I appreciate is Ali’s commitment to detail and ensuring all her customers are satisfied. I feel confident wearing her bathing suits. My husband thinks I look incredible! So I’m sold!

  Strange Bikinis is my go-to place for all my swimwear needs and wants. They are so well-made and flattering for all body types. They have a style for every one that will make you feel like a 10 and so confident!
  I love that they are a local, woman-owned small business, that makes me feel even better for supporting them. Their owner Ali is so thoughtful and always gives back to the community. Oh and their store is to DIE for, soo freaking cute in there!
  Every woman NEEDS at least ONE Strange Bikini (I have five)!

  Strange bikinis is not just a swimsuit company. It is a brand of positivity, empowerment, mindfulness and public service. They encourage environmental consciousness, and community connection which is unique and important to find in somewhere you are placing your financial support. Through their online presence you can see their commitment to diversity and providing a swimsuit for EVERY BODY. They promote adventure & friendship within the community. If your lucky to live near one of their locations there are many opportunity’s to join in on events that are fun and also raise awareness towards important issues or support other strangers and businesses in the community.
  Their store space is SO CUTE and located near a few other neat shops. You can order online and they will ship or curbside pick up to you too.
  Price seems steep until you realize the material is made ethically near their stores and all the suits are hand made. I have 3 suits and they are all great quality, comfy and form fitting. Also one of their strange sweatshirts and it is so cozy and one of my favorites! This is an amazing business to support and I can say enough positive things about them. You’ll just have to take a look for yourself.

  I got my first two Strange Bikinis in 2017, both were custom made by the owner, Ali. Since then, my collection has grown to 11 swimsuits from this company! It's been great that over the years her size options have grown so I don't have to get custom tops to fit over my large chest, lol! The store in Reno is so cute and they throw really cool events throughout the year. Definitely a staple business of our community. My swimsuits from her latest line are my absolute favorite because the fabric is so insanely soft!
