The assistant to the office was incredibly professional, showed empathy and understanding, and attempted to answer any and all questions we had about a potential property we were interested in renting.

Originally, there was some mis-communication which frustrated me, however due to the professional and responsive nature of the staff here, the issue was resolved quickly.

I look to be renting from Hallmark Investment & Management in the upcoming future.

Our companies have been working with Hallmark Investments for over 30 years. During that time they initially found rental spaces for our business, then they helped us buy our first commercial building, then they helped us buy two more. Now they manage all three properties for us.

They have always been very professional, very personable, and very efficient. We started working with Mark and now work mainly with his son Garrett. They are both people of high integrity and are always willing to take whatever time is required to resolve any problems we have encountered. Garrett is one of the more responsible people I have ever met, and I am always amazed at how calm he remains whenever there is a difficult tenant or vendor that needs special attention.

I would highly recommend their company for any real estate needs you might have......whether you are looking for space to rent, want to purchase property, or need someone to manage properties that you own. They do a great job at all three.

We had 4 commercial properties and 10+ business tenants under Garrett @ Hallmark’s management. This firm deserves a 5 star for their services. We never had any issue with their service. They always respond quickly on service calls, taking care of every details. Properties are in great condition under Garrett’s management and our tenants speak highly on him also. Definitely recommend this firm for their excellent services!

I worked with Hallmark Investments & Management personally for about two years. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! They were professional, attentive to our business needs, made sure that we had what we needed with regards to any of the property management and most importantly they were FAIR AND HONEST! They also provided excellent security for our clients and our staff. They work with great Property owners too, and they truly care about the businesses that they work with. I have worked with other property management companies in Reno who most definitely do not provide this level of service, honesty or fairness in their dealings. Though I recently sold my fitness studio to new owners due to a personal relocation the business still resides at the same location under Hallmark management, with the same great quality of care and service. Lastly, Hallmark Investments has continued to help my new owners with expansion of the location, and were amazing to work with during the new owner transition. I highly recommend working with Hallmark when looking for a business location. Certainly the best in Reno.
