Although we had some issues with the transition from Marriott, everything was resolved. The atmosphere is great and the room is awesome. Pauline has been a great help throughout, along with everyone in the front office. The housekeeping is excellent. Definitely a good place.

The staff here is AMAZING!! Its too bad that this place is changing from Marriott to Sonesta. I do still recommend this place because a huge majority of the staff is still the here. They've really made this place feel like a home. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Pauline and Lindsay thank you all...!👏

Business or pleasure this dog friendly chain is always clean, comfortable, and home away from home. I could have stayed somewhere with no pet fees but I choose Residence Inn instead despite the pet fee.

The staff of the Residence Inn on Gateway Ave in Reno where wonderfully helpful and everyone I met was very friendly.
