I got lucky here the vehicle I bought was new on the lot. If I did not buy it when I saw and test drive it it would have not lasted on the lot. I've been buying new and used cars from the big box dealerships in Reno since the seventies. It was a joy and a relief to receive the service I did from manager Derek and my salesman Trais. What a team both very professional and friendly. The big box sales pressure is not here at this store. They left all decisions up to me what ever I wanted to do was up to me. Again no sales pressure at all. After the purchase I could not pick up the vehicle right away and it was no problem with this store. When I did return it was clean and they even added some gas to the tank. Something big box stores miss time after time. I highly recommend High Sierra Auto Sales their cars are clean and gone through. You won't be disappointed with the sales team either. This store ROCKS!
