They were incredibly friendly and patient explained everything in detail and not pushy in the least. The entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From being educated about home safes on the initial visit to the store (not sold/pressured to buy/upsold, but simply educated on them- big point for me), to the purchasing process, to the delivery; every aspect was professional and customer-service driven. Brandon, Montse, and Micah were absolutely awesome. Cannot recommend these folks and this company enough. If you're looking for a home safe, these are the experts. They'll take great care of you.

They are very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect safe for my needs and they didn't try to push me into buying something I didn't want or couldn't use. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a place to store their valuables to call them and see what they have to offer. If I ever need another safe, this is where I'm going.
