(August 5, 2022, 12:12 pm)Moving from out of state and finding a new mechanic was difficult to do with so many options out there, but I was lucky enough to make a phone call to Johnny at Premium Auto Care. The most respectful and professional person I spoke to after making multiple calls throughout the entire day. Took my car in that day without hesitation. I wish he was my first phone call to save me all that time - would recommend this shop to all friends and family in the Reno/Sparks area. A true professional that truly cares!

I am beyond impressed with the integrity of this business. During an emergent situation the owner of this business made my family and I a priority. They not only diagnosed, ordered a part, and fixed the vehicle within 48hrs. But they also were honest about the economical impact it would have. Another place tried to charge us $600 more. And the diagnoses they gave us was not even accurate.

John was very knowledgeable and informative as well as reasonable on the cost. If you want an auto shop that you can rely on for quality service Premium will exceed all expectations.
