  Having worked very happily with David on a remodel of my kitchen and living area 2 years ago, he was my first thought in solving another issue.
  I live in a condomium apartment that did not have a built-in laundry unit.
  He and his team installed the plumbing and electrical mechanics for incorporating a ventless washer/dryer in a closet adjacent to one of the bathrooms. They handled everything in a timely and professional manor
  and finished the job in just 3 days. I highly recommend DLR Construction!

  My wife and I have remodeled two homes with David and his team. We have been very pleased with the outcome of both. Both remodels involved extensive refreshing of the homes including the kitchens, family rooms, and all bathrooms from flooring, lighting, cabinetry, counters, tiling you name it. I like working with David whom I've found to be very responsive and attentive to getting things done the way that you want. Remodeling a home is a joint venture with you and your contractor. I wouldn't hesitate to do another home with DLR.

  David and his entire crew from demolition, tiling, flooring and installation of everything was amazing! Always on time, cleaned up each day and stayed on schedule as promised. I can’t say enough good things. I HIGHLY recommend DLR Construction for all your remodel projects. Thank you to David and his crew!!

  I can’t say enough about how great DLR Construction was to work with on our bathroom and home remodeling projects. David and his team were on point for every detail and went above and beyond to make our remodel a success. David’s experience and knowledge of design made our bathrooms even more fantastic than we could have imagined. DLR’s workmanship is excellent and they do everything correctly the first time.
