“This market has a little food counter in the back. The food is great. I have been searching for good Mexican food comparable to what I used to get in San Diego and haven‘t found it yet in Reno but I’d argue the carne asada burrito at La Barca is better than any in San Diego, different style and better. The carne asada has the best flavor and the combination of ingredients is delicious. This is coming from someone who doesn't normally like carne asada or rice in my burritos. This has both and is so so good! Their breakfast burritos are great too! I’m so happy I found this place and it’s close by. It’s also a great spot to stop in for any Mexican condiments you might need like fresh pico, guac etc for when you are making Mexican food at home.”
