  Took us in and gave us the royal treatment. Very knowledgeable and was intuitive-enough to listen and pinpoint an issue in under 2 or 3 minutes. Props to the store manager.

  I went in yesterday to the store on Northtowne Ln. I had a bad experience with customer care and my order was all screwed up. Alonso and JJ were very professional and fun. They explained rate plans and the differences between devices, respected my time and got me a great phone. Im Im giving these guys a 10!! They deserve it!!
