The Doctor explains everything, including pre and post op in the consultation, so you are 100% informed! I was contacted by their assistant, Sarah, and I tell you, she is so warm and fun that you don't even feel like you are in a medical office, just a nice place to chat! The office is beautiful, clean, inviting and not "cold" looking, very warm and calming. The receptionist is kind and attentive as well!!
