First-time visiting Jared at the Summit Mall. Looking for a great watch. Assistant GM Katie Patton gave us concierge level customer care with authentic interest and enthusiasm. She is simply phenomenal, humble and personable at the same time.

I suppose I expected snobbery at a high end retail jewelry store, but the exact opposite was delivered. Katie even polished my silver bracelet for free! I highly recommend Jared and Katie if you are looking for an extraordinary customer service experience in south Reno.

I had a great experience getting my ring inspected and cleaned this time. Matthew went out of his way to take care of my rings. The last few times I have not had a good experience so it was nice to have someone that took the time and care. I feel as a customer he is a good addition to their team.

I went in because my brother was getting his ring serviced and I began talking with Katie. She was so knowledgeable about their product and extremely friendly and personable. I’ve never purchased jewelry for myself before and she made the experience great!

Lauren at Jared was such gem helping me find the perfect necklace and a pair of earrings. I was not sure what I wanted and she was so patient showing me all the options available for what I was thinking. She also helped me find solutions to other jewelry previously purchased there. I enjoyed every moment I spent with her and will definitely seek her out again. She was friendly, knowledgeable and funny which I deem important when working with anyone. FIVE stars Lauren!! My husband and I purchased our rings initially from the Roseville store, however his didn’t fit right. We took it to our home store in Reno, and unfortunately his initial ring was discontinued, and we couldn’t get it sized due to the material of the ring. We had to find him a new one, which we loved even more. However they had to special order the color he wanted cause they stopped making that one also. Needless to say, it took a little time, but everyone was so nice and courteous and helpful with getting us his ring. Strongly recommend them.
