Atlantis Steakhouse

Had the most wonderful experience. We came here after seeing the line for Toucan Charlie’s. We decided to splurge and it was totally worth it. From the hot sanitizing hand towels, to the attentive but not overwhelming service and even some chocolates while we signed the check. Our server, Alain was so sweet and we could feel he genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. His assistant Zaria and the girl she was training, Kim, did a wonderful job at making sure all our needs were met. The food was really great- we got Lobster max and cheese, bacon scallops, and the cheese board. For entrees we got sea bass, lobster and the ribeye steak. All cooked wonderfully.

My partner and I decided to dine at the Atlantis Steakhouse our last night in Reno and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the waitstaff carried themselves very professionally. We did have to wait a bit to be seated, but no big deal. When our food arrived, everything was delicious. Our server Arianna made sure to check in on us and assured we had everything we needed. The prices are reasonable for the dishes served as well as the atmosphere and fine dining experience. We will definitely visit this steakhouse again if we are in the area!

We have dined at many of the steakhouses in Reno and tonight was a special occasion as we were celebrating two birthdays as two couples. Our server Forest and back waiter Daniel (from Brazil) were fantastic. Our party all work in the hospitality industry in the Bay Area. With that being said, we are well versed in all things food, wine and hospitality and know what a great dining experience should look and feel like. We were warmly greeted, welcomed and introduced to the dinner menu. We then ordered cocktails and made our wine selection (loved the Santenay) while we continued to look over the menu. The whole dining experience was at a cadence that met our needs and wants despite the fact that we were one of the last tables of the night. They treated us the same as if we had been the first table and that REALLY impressed us because we know what it’s like when you’re tired after a long shift and just want to go home. We loved our cocktails our from the bar-all top notch (my Sidecar was delicious!) All of our needs were met without having to ask (waters filled, napkins refolded when we left the table silverware markings and wine service all taken care of before our courses arrived. Our compliments go to the Chef as well, because our dinner was fantastic. We loved the Berkshire pork belly appetizer, the shrimp cocktail and the Bison entree. The Steak Diane along with a bananas foster dessert were prepared table side for a special added touch. The quality of the food is great as well. We felt most definitely attended to and well taken care of. Overall, if you’re going out to splurge on dinner in Reno for a special occasion, birthday or couples night out, this is the place to be. It may be a touch more expensive than the other steakhouses in Reno, but the care and thought that goes into the quality of food, its preparation and the service has far surpassed any other place we have dined at in Reno. Many thanks to all, but especially, Forest and Daniel who made this a memorable dining experience for us.

We love this place! Me and my husband went here right after we got married to celebrate. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff is very professional and lovely and the food is delicious! They even cooked our steak table side and offered us a dessert on the house to congratulate us for the wedding. We're going again soon for a lovely Valentine's Day dinner and I can't wait! Totally recommend this place!
