The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is simply because they are so good that they are backed up weeks and even months certain repairs. They are excellent at what they do. I'm always taking my boat there. Family safety are at the for front in boating and the people over at Custom Boat understand that. Great place. Great Work!

I've been meaning to check this shop out of a little while. I was driving by so I turned did a u turn see if they had what I'm looking for. I was greeted at the door. I then walked to the counter and asked if they might have a used wake/ski boat within my price range. The counter rep said they probably don't but still called a salesman and after looking they found they didn't have what I needed. After the counter rep reminded the sales rep that they may be able to help me out with a NEW boat within my price range, they recommend a heyday boat which was the exact boat I've been looking for!!!! (Very hard to find new or used though) The sales man took his time to help me... but the only heyday boat they had was a little too expensive for me, his price was strait, honest, msrp pricing.... No bs. It was just a little too far out of my price range. We then found the owner to see if he could find a solution to accommodate my budget. He was kind, friendly, and not being a vulture to try and make a sale. Which was AWESOME!!! Between the lady at the counter, the salesman, and their honesty I wish I could have bought a boat here. I've been to alot of bad boat dealers and these guys are the opposite of what I usually find!!!! I promise when we have a chance, you will get my business. Thanks for trying! 👍

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Staff explained alot for first time boat lookers and did not pressure usual sales tactics. Haven't baught a boat yet, but would go with them first.

The nicest people I have dealt with in many years. They have made a customer for life. If you want to be treated like an actual person, come here. Plus they had the parts no one else did, that does not hurt either.

Super friendly service. Very professional and great work done. Very fair pricing on all parts and labor. Will be using custom Boat and Marine for all maintenance moving forward
