(March 7, 2020, 2:21 pm)This gym is close to my house, super convenient. The 24 hr access is nice. It's a small gym but if you hit it in the off hrs it's not crowded. They have everything there.

(November 13, 2019, 5:43 pm)Flex Appeal opened its doors in 2015 and I remember getting the grand opening brochure in the mail. At the time it was farther from where I lived in comparison to the gym I already belonged to. Now that I have been in my home that is located further south for over a year, my old gym was feeling too far and getting way too crowded (Fitness Connection).
One day after work I decided to stop in and take a tour right after taking a tour at South Rac. Immediately, Zac was SO friendly and didn't hesitate walking me around the gym and answering all of my crazy questions.
I decided to sign up for the 7 day pass, which is 7 different days that don't have to be consecutive. I continued to think about it and tried it out a few more times before making the commitment. After outweighing the pros and cons to all of my nearby gym options, the fact that Flex Appeal is closest to my home, less expensive per month than SRAC, AND open 24 hours really sealed the deal.
Five stars for cleanliness and friendliness alone. However, I wish it were a slightly larger gym with more options for cardio. Having an Arch Trainer would be ideal in my opinion. A sauna/steam room would be sweet as well, maybe in the future if they decide to expand! Fingers crossed.
