The MRI information was explained thoroughly and comprehensively. I appreciated hearing a whole range of possible treatments, and appreciated having the time to discuss pros and cons. I felt heard by Ken when I expressed my opinions, and I am grateful to him for proposing, a tangible action plan.

I saw Ken Shaffer who is the PA for Dr. Lynch for my pre-op appointment. He made sure I understood what surgery procedures were taking place and explained to me all of the individuals involved with my surgery. And post care for recovery. I am very happy with Ken and Dr. Lynch’s approach to my lower back issue.

I appreciate how he stated he and his team would take me in as one of theirs. ( I had upper spine surgery earlier this year by another surgeon who closed his practice and left to LA area) just by that statement it brought me a whole lot of ease in knowing I will be taken care of. Back story I had weight loss surgery a few years ago and had complications and no other providers wanted to help me. That’s why his statement brought me comfort

I recently had an appointment with Jordana Oseto, PA in pain management, and I was extremely impressed with the care I received. I have been experiencing significant pain after surgery on my right arm, and Jordana took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand what I’ve been going through. She asked thoughtful, detailed questions, explained several different treatment options, and made sure I felt involved in the decision-making process. Her compassionate and attentive approach made me feel heard and supported. I left my appointment feeling more hopeful and confident about my pain management plan. I highly recommend Jordana for anyone seeking a provider who genuinely cares and takes the time to help you find the best path forward.

I can't recommend Swift highly enough. Dr. Gilmer and Dr. Owens have been amazing, and the PT staff are the absolute 💯 best! Julie and Jeanine, Preston and the whole group are awesome to work with.
