The Cart Barn team has been great. They’ve always come through for us starting with sales (our cart came on time with all the specs we requested) and consistently with service (they always come through as promised.). Can’t say enough about the quality of the product and the Cart Barn team. Always friendly, professional and responsive!

Mark and Kirsten provided an incredible experience. We purchased a cart in 2022 for our house in Lake Almanor. Unfortunately, the cart could not pull the hill to our house and had some issues breaking due to the grade at our property. Mark personally delivered a brand new cart, (same manufacturer) to our house, and ran a series of tests on both units. After running the tests, Mark came to the determination that we needed a different cart, (different manufacturer). He specked out the perfect cart for our family and our unique steep grade situation. His recommendation was perfect and we couldn't be happier.

With an uncharacteristic winter, we weren't able to run the test until the snow thawed. Mark and Kirsten stayed in contact with me each month to let me know that they had not forgotten about my situation and they fully intended on making sure that I had the right cart for my needs.

I never write reviews but it's hard to find exceptional service and followthrough nowadays. This team definitely earned this review.

I purchased a fully upgraded club cart with the Lithium Ion Batteries. I paid $23k for a cart. When I was purchasing the cart I was told that these batteries should have no issue with completing 36 holes on a single charge. Now I am being told that isn't the case and they are certain that they wouldn't have said that to me. **UPDATE** Their sales team did reach out to me and we were able to rectify my concerns. The resolution is fair and I appreciate them working with me to find a solution that fits my needs.

Had a Fantastic experience at the Cart Barn. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And what an Amazing line of of carts... Be prepared for some hard decisions! You'll also love the after sale service.

The team at Cart Barn is super friendly and helpful. Mark the mechanic helped me with a difficult tire problem. Diane and Danielle in the office were friendly and fun. Thanks to all of you.
