While the COVID closures have been frustrating, I’ve always had excellent service at this branch. We love the convenient location.

We came to this bank to get something notarized even though we don't have a checking account with Chase. I can't believe how friendly, helpful and professional the staff are especially Sam. We have several Chase credit card accounts and I mentioned that I needed to call Chase to let them know my husband would be traveling soon. Frankie graciously offered to take care of the travel notification for us while he was also completing our notary. The level of customer service at this bank is top notch. We will be switching our accounts over to Chase ASAP. Keep up the excellent service!

The staff here at this bank is exceptionally good. They really know their stuff. Joe at the JP Morgan side of things is always coming up with really good investment ideas. I don't want a bank anywhere else anymore. I'm sticking with these guys.

The Galena branch was the first to open in Reno and the extraordinary staff have set a high watermark for the new area branches to follow.
