Mr. Pearce actually looked at my property a year before I was ready for the work to be done, and would consistently get back to me, even if he or I were out of town at the time.

When it came time, I had two bedrooms with closets, a hallway, and a bathroom drywalled and painted (plus trim in all and tile over the tub I had set myself in the bathroom) for a fair price, even including the fact that he managed to upsell me on updating the electrical in all three rooms.

Thad, Jason, Eric, and Brian worked on my job- with the exception of a couple days when one of them had a family emergency. All four were very professional and did solid work. They weren't all there every day, as Mr. Pearce had other jobs going on simultaneously and needed hands elsewhere, but I never had a day that I didn't see progress if they were there. Thad did an outstanding job on the electrical update and Jason's tile installation came out beautifully.

When all was said and done, the upstairs of my house looks like new apartment (minus the flooring, which I hadn't contracted them for).

I plan on bringing them back in when I get done with the rip-out in the downstairs bathroom, and have already recommended them to someone I know from Norfolk who just moved up to Hayes.

Teachers are amazing.

My son just left University Preschool to embark on his new grade school adventure, starting with kindergarten this past Monday. I couldn’t be more pleased with the preparation he was given attending University preschool for kindergarten! When he did his kindergarten assessment a couple weeks ago, his teacher couldn’t believe how advanced he already was. And I have a University Preschool to thank for that. Not only did he learn so much in the three years he attended, he was also always so well taken care of. And it was always very easy to communicate with the teachers and director. I would highly recommend university preschool to anyone looking to enhance their toddlers learning!

Wonderful, clean daycare with a very efficient use of space. Sometimes the kids seem a little wild and I wish there was a lower teacher-to-child ratio, but every time I come in a teacher is doing a fun, different activity with my son. He is making friends there and sometimes doesn't want to leave!

My son is the youngest in his family, therefore he had no other children his age around him. When he started here at 2 years old he had little to no vocabulary. He has been here for over 5 months and he knows some number, colors and shapes. He actually forms sentences and communicates with me and his dad. I love this school, they actually have a curriculum and are attentive. They are on top of it and inform me as soon as possible.

This company is ran by an honest family who simply desire to do the best with you and your desires in mind. When we build a home on our land we hope to use L.U. Pearce!

My 3 yr. old started at University Preschool 3 months ago and so far it has been a very positive experience. Miss Connie the director of the school is very selective with her staff and her hands on approach has made this preschool the best in Reno. Teacher are all engaged at all times doing writing, reading and math with the children. The school is clean and neat snacks are given periodically throughout the day and my son is never sick. I have absolutely no reservations about leaving my son in their care. I literally can't begin to say enough about this school I know my son will be ahead of the game when he starts kindergarten.
