If there's a need for a specialist, you're sent to the appropriate facility for that service. There's a pharmacy onsite. The Doctor's are capable. The facility is clean and comfortable. They offer walk-in services for emergencies. If you miss their regular hours you will be directed to the emergency room in town.”

“Love , love, love our little Zoo. We take our grandchildren a few times a year. The cages are too small, the animals pace back and forth from boredom, and that's sad. But it's a nice little Zoo - they need money / help for improving. It's so much fun to feed the llama, goats,cow,and deer. Price is well worth a visit. Anymore, and we would stop going. They just really need money to help these animals ! To see some of the negative reviews on here really upset me. We go here quite often , the workers are always very friendly, very knowledgeable, very eager to tell my grandchildren about the animals and NEVER RUDE ! Read the negative reviews, but then read their other reviews- most are negative, unhappy people who enjoy complaining. I just wish people would donate !”

“We have used Drs. Weldon and Burnham at Mt Rose since we moved to Reno. We feel very fortunate to have found these exceptional, caring, brilliant veterinarians. The service is amazing. When labs are ordered the vets telephone us as soon as results are available...even if this falls on a day they are out of the office. Dr. Weldon has done 3 different surgeries on two of our dogs. She is a gifted surgeon. We have never had better care for animals in any city. They treat each animal as if it was their own. These folks along with the friendly office staff and technicians are phenomenal.”

“The office staff are extremely pleasant, they get to know you as a parent and can recognize your voice and name and recall your child's name just from those experiences. They are very sweet women to deal with as is the principal. The special ed department is one of the best I've ever encountered. More specifically Mrs. Metzger. She is an amazing teacher and human being. She is a true asset to that school. She helped my severely autistic son become not only communicative through sign language but she helped him learn to speak. He is now able to identify all of his letters, colors, shapes, numbers to 100 and knows tons of songs and nursery rhymes, he engages in imaginative play and socializes with children his age and size. All of this in approximately 7 months time. From non verbal and multiple meltdowns to the wonderful little smart boy he is today. I We as a family feel forever indebted to her. The environment in her classroom is full of fun and energy but still structured enough to help a special needs child thrive to the fullest. She and her aid, Ms. Heather are phenomenal people and I am very grateful to have had them in my life. Even after we moved and our son encountered problems with his new classroom Mrs. Metzger went above and beyond the duties of any teacher, let alone a former teacher, to ensure I had every opportunity afforded to me to make sure my child was put into a new school better suited and more safe for my son. I honestly can't thank them enough for everything. We'll always hold a special place in our hearts for her and the whole school. Bravo for setting such an excellent example of what a school should be like.”
