Update: They treat VERTIGO in minutes!!! I was pleasantly surprised. I woke up with vertigo one morning, just so happens to be the morning I was coming in for PT. I advised the staff I was extremely dizzy & they let me know that Casey was a VERTIGO EXPERT & within 10 min she had made the dizziness go away!!! It’s been a week now & I haven’t been dizzy.

The Best Physical therapist company ever! They are amazing, friendly & compassionate. I love how they treat everyone with loving care. They always work with my preferred schedule. I can’t say enough great things about their positive attitude & willingness to help people get better. The most well rounded physical therapist in Nevada!! ALL SURGEONS NEED TO REFER PATIENTS TO CUSTOM PHYSICAL THERAPY!!

I had ankle surgery 5 years ago from a ski accident and was referred to a physical therapy office off Sierra Rose, Reno NV. At my one month checkup with my surgeon, he was shocked I was not physically where I needed to be. Of course he asked if I was going to my PT appts because I think he assumed I wasn't being a compliant patient. That was not the case because I went to PT 3x a week and did my daily exercises. I said yes, but the place he referred me to just had me doing the same exercises each visit and I felt it was a rip off. At that point, I requested to go to Custom Physical Therapy because they had great reviews and I needed to try another place. My surgeon sent the referral to Custom Physical Therapy and Andre, my physical therapist, who at that time worked at the South Meadows location. After a few visits, I realized that Andre customized a physical therapy treatment for every appointment. And boy am I glad he did! Within 2 weeks, I was stronger and doing more, more of my daily activities. From my first appt. to my last, I was stronger than before my ski accident.

Anyone who has received incredible care and customer service in healthcare knows a really great practitioner such as Andre is priceless! He treats from the heart, and care about me and the results I'd like to achieve. This is why Andre and his team have earned my trust for a lifetime!

Now, fast forward 5 year later to 2020! AWG...COVID-19 just runs a muck of life! I had another ski accident and had hip surgery! Who do you think I asked my surgeon to refer me to? You guessed it! Andre at Custom Physical Therapy, Sparks location. WOW! And what the PT team does at all Custom Physical Therapy locations in Reno and Sparks to keep everyone safe and their team safe from COVID is incredible. They are very COVID aware and compliant. When I come in for my appts, I get me temp. checked, everything is wiped down after I touch something, hand sanitizer everywhere, and before I get touched by a therapist, he sanitizes his hands after each patient. The clinicians wear N95 masks, googles or face shields. Front office wheres masks. I feel very safe going to my PT appts and I do not have COVID, nor do I every want to contract it! So, thank you for doing everything to keep me safe from this virus and your team.

Back to my recent physical therapy for my hip... just like 5 years ago, every appointment is customized with my goals in mind! Each appointment, Andre has a magic touch with strengthening exercises and stretches. Hands on at each appointment! And it makes a difference! I am ahead of my healing and activity schedule and continue to get stronger each day. Each appointment Andre has me doing different exercises as well and pushes me because he knows what I can do and what I can handle. Andre and his team have never disappointed me and again have gained my trust for a lifetime! I am not going to lie....physical therapy is hard work! There are times when I think I can't do something, but I remind myself I have an entire physical training team that thinks I CAN! That makes all the difference! Because Andre believes in me and my ability, then that means I can believe in myself and do what he asks.

When you calk to make an appointment you hear an incredibly sweet voice. When you arrive at therapy you meet the gal behind that voice, her name is Carla. She is a Super Star of Service. She really makes you feel welcomed. Everyone there is Fantastic but if you are really Blessed you will be paired with Andre Meintjes. He Rocks!!! Funny, Charming with Powerful Hands. Did I mention easy on the eyes? What a Great Compilation of Caring People. I HIGHLY Recommend you choose "Custom" as your only choice for Serious Therapy.

I love this place! The staff and therapists are so kind and genuinely willing to help. I have come leaps and bounds physically since when I first started going there. Sara and Danielle are the best!

I came in for an exam for a new job. The office was easy to find with ample parking. The front desk/waiting area was clean and quite with a few chairs to wait in. The front desk girl was friendly and professional. I had a few pages of paperwork to fill out, but only waited a couple of minutes to be called back after I turn the paperwork in. The "therapy" area was spacious, clean and clutter free. The therapist performing my examine was friendly and very professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The next time I'm in need of such services, I will request to be sent here.
