Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience renting a car in a rush. Needed a one way to a different city - cheaper faster, more fun etc than a plane. I’ll definitely be back next time I need to buy a car in a different city. Happens more than I’d like to admit..

I honestly could not be more pleased with my recent, almost 2 week car rental! Since Russ has taken over management, problems have diminished. Picking up, dropping off, and staying informed with what was going on with my car (was in the shop) was a breeze and far exceeded any of my expectations. I will hands down reccomend renting from this location! Russ is absolutely amazing!! Thank you Russ! Couldn't have done this without you!

Have been a long time Enterprise customer because I am able to use my debit card and avoid a credit card charge. The recent customer service I received from Alex at the Prater location is exactly why I keep returning to Enterprise for my car rental needs. Had to take our Traverse for brake service and needed a one day rental. Made my reservation online and when I came in Alex helped me. The experience was seamless! I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. He explained the additional coverage options, which I purchased the additional insurance, but was NOT pushy at all. Was personable and funny, friendly with my kids. It was easy and I will be returning to this location for my next rental! Thanks Alex!!
