I have been a patient of Dr. Swanson since roughly 2005, before he was Alpine Family Medicine, I adore him, however, recently my insurance plan changed. I was told it was ok and seen once with my new plan. After that the office manager said "we dont accept that plan". I'm now having to seek a new physician, which is difficult due to my work schedule and I did not want to as I've been with Swanson for so many years. Thanks for nothing "office manager". It is obvious that patient loyalty means nothing to you.
