Reno Vulcanizing Auto Care and Tires - Prater Way

I can't sing the praises of Reno Vulcanizing enough! The Jeep dealership told me for two years that my squeaky brakes couldn't be fixed and the issue was a "known problem" with the make and model of my car. One trip to Reno Vulc and four hours later, my brakes are whisper quiet and my sanity has been restored. The fix was super affordable, too, and they had no problem adding on a last-minute tire rotation request. I've long been a customer of Reno Vulc, but this most recent visit only further confirmed that I fully trust these mechanics to provide me with quality service. Can't recommend their Sparks location enough!

So far I’m very impressed with Reno Vulcanizing and the services they provide. I like getting a text showing what they are doing and what needs to be done. The staff has been courteous and professional and they put in the extra effort it takes to get things done.

I was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. Once there, I waited for the service to be completed. It took the usual 1 hour wish was great. They had coffee and water readily available for their customers. Check out was smooth. All employees I interacted with were very professional and took pride in their work. I very much appreciate Mr. Mike, him and his team are very good at keeping me and my family safe. I had a cooling problem in my vehicle, replaced what was needed. They found a damaged engine mount. I understand that if certain parts arent fixed it will cause bigger headaches. So I said to fix it. My car has ran perfectly since. That was September of 2020. Today, (03.04.21) I bought tires. And my vehicle still is in great shape!

I can call them before I go on a long drive to ask if there’s anything I need to have checked before I go, they give me advice even between services.
