  I find the office and dock staff here so very helpful and interested in getting my products delivered on time and with care, starting with the initial phone call letting me know freight has arrived and available for will call. Rarely, has anything ever been damaged or missing. However, my favorite overall experience is the friendly and attentive forklift drivers who load crates on my transport vehicle. These fella's are well trained and demonstrate the best manners; infact, some remember me personally which kind of blows my mind. Thank you FedX for your years of pride and in understanding what it takes to keep customers happy. This has been my experience.

  I was confused when I first got there I didn't know where to enter but once I got in the man that came out to load my package was quite friendly and helpful got right to it and got it done.
