Senior Bridges of Northern Nevada Medical Center

Our dad, Roger was admitted to Senior Bridges in December 2019 with dementia. Unfortunately we all live out of state & with COVID 19 we were unable to visit our dad before he passed away. My sisters & I are so thankful for the wonderful care that he received while he was a patient at Senior Bridges. We were able to talk to our dad via phone calls as well as Zoom calls before he passed away. The care our dad received from Karla, Pam, Jolene, Lisa, Jenn & along with all the staff was terrific. After reading these reviews I took my grandmother out. I wish I had let her finish her treatment. She improved so much in the short time she was there. She doesn’t scream in fear at night anymore. She has the dementia so she is still confused but at least now she doesn’t think we are trying to kill her. I can’t help but wonder how much better she could be if I had left her longer. It was hard to leave her there with no visitors.

Amazing experience for my elderly mother in law who was really struggling to get her medications right so she could be comfortable. The staff, doctor, nurses and social workers (Jenn and Rachel) were were phenomenal. The nurses, especially Fiona and Joyce were amazing. Dr. V. was brilliant and attentive and did a wonderful job for her. We can't thank them enough for taking care of her!
