(January 31, 2020, 11:51 am)Salvador from Sunrise Cleaning was very pleasant and easy to work with. I called him on a Sunday and scheduled for Thursday. He was flexible in let me choosing a time and before I even got off the phone, I received a confirmation text! I also received multiple reminders throughout the week for the appointment. The job was well done and fairly priced. Overall an efficient company with great communication skills and the carpet looked new when they were done.
(December 12, 2019, 2:08 pm)We were in need of an immediate warehouse floor cleaning before we moved in. We vetted several companies, but New Sunrise came out on top. Salvador (the owner), was responsive, flexible, and transparent. He was willing to work with me and walked me through the process and why certain add-ons would be necessary, but he was not pushy.
After we agreed to the competitive quote, they came in and finished in 2 days. The floor looked great and the cleaners were very professional, walking me through the process when Salvador was not available. The overall job was great and we have had no issue since. I 100% recommend this company for any floor cleaning.
(December 1, 2019, 9:53 pm)This is the 3rd time I’ve had them do my carpets and rugs before family came to town for Thanksgiving. They went above and beyond to get the job done in the time I needed. They did an amazing job. The companies customer service is exceptional. I would recommend anyone who needs their carpets cleaned to use these guys.
