10 STARS! These kids were slammed and did a great job of keeping the mobile, drive thru and walk in orders moving. There were a few hiccups but they did a spectacular job.
Usually really good and fast. But the last few times I have been disappointed. Placed a mobile order last week and drink was not ready when I got there. Stood there for a bit and still not ready. Asked if they were getting it ready and they stated oh sorry our mobile order labels ran out so we haven't gotten any. Why didn't you tell me that when I first walked in to the mobile pickup line instead of making me wait and ultimately be late to work? They should always keep an eye on those labels. Then today I go and order a Venti Peppermint White Mocha through the drive through. As I was driving away I thought this feels awful light and boy was it! Cup only about 3/4 full. I didn't pay almost 6 bucks for a venti to get a Grande in a Venti cup. Here is a picture and I had not taken any drink from it. They are usually really great here, and very friendly. But I am just asking, as a regular customer that spends a lot of money on coffee, please pay attention to things. Make sure the labels are full and please fill the cup. So disappointed.
