Great EXTENDED STAY properly.
Staff is always available, at the ready, and very helpful.
I've been "Remotely" working in the area for over a year now. Suzanne, Dizzy, Gina, and Greg continue to make my "Temporary Assignment" a pleasure.
Room was clean, booking for more than a week is a relatively cheap rate. Nice small kitchen setup for long term stays. I think some bad reviews expected this to be a fancy hotel - it's not meant to be and that is okay. You have to bring your own soap, shampoo, pots/pan, things like that, so just treat it like an apartment and you won't be disappointed. On the COVID front, almost none of the guests (or even the receptionist) wears a mask... that'd be my only complaint really. Otherwise, definitely a nice place to stay long term.
The customer service is outstanding. My room was ready for me at the exact time that I needed it, it was clean, the property has comforting security features, and the area is quiet with nearby restaurants & gas stations. Definitely no complaints at all. I’d recommend this property for sure
