“After CVS transferred my prescriptions and dropped all the refills- several had 3 or more fills left- SaveMart saved the day. I’m a long haul trucker with rheumatoid arthritis and I was scheduled to leave town the next day. SaveMart worked with me and my three doctors to get new prescriptions entered quickly and efficiently. I had to call SaveMart several times today and not once did they make me feel like they were rushing me off the phone. Very professional! When my insurance plan changed I couldn’t use my Walgreens anymore; because I travel extensively and am on almost a dozen different medications I decided to go with CVS because they had a website. Big mistake! CVS has messed up my meds many times. The excuses, some priceless, ranged from: “We’ve never filled that here (they had filled it for the past 3 months), I’m not computer literate......(seriously?), I only remember stuff for my own family(...alrighty then), we had an update so your doctor has to send a new letter, most people use this dose (when they got the dosage wrong), -and the timeless classic- I don’t know.” Anyway that’s my review, SaveMart rocks!!”

“I should have called Silver State Forklift first. I called another repair company in town and could not get anybody to come out to look at my equipment. I called Silver State Forklift and had somebody out the following morning. The tech was a little later then they told me but they made up for lost time. Had my lift diagnosed, ordered parts and came out the following day and had everything up and running. And come to find out they are locally and family owned. I will always try to support Locally owned companies.”

“I had some electrical issues with the truck. I called them and they were able to fit me in. They seem to be good folks there. Friendly and do what they can for you. They have a drivers lounge, bathroom, even a shower available too. Vending machines for soda and snacks. If you need to park stay till the next day. There is a hotel and a large Petro across the street. Plenty of bobtail parking.”

“We have tried so many times to get competent plumbers in Reno that did not cost a fortune. Mostly what we got were expensive, flaky guys who actually took shortcuts and caused even greater expense down the road. Then we found Dave Thiel - not sure how we got so lucky, but this guy is a MASTER plumber and his prices are great! He believes in being fair and reasonable with his customers and has been in business for decades. He solved problems NO OTHER PLUMBERS IN TOWN could solve for us. In a word - AWESOME!!!!!! He is really busy, it is true, but if you are lucky enough to get on his schedule you will be a very happy camper. For sure. We also bought a Multipure Water Filter from him. Works great!”
