I just recently bought a $1200 TV from this store and today I was in there looking at home audio systems and noticed that the TV I had just purchased three days ago was now on sale for $980! Dave and Sara helped me out. They quickly rectified three issue. They returned the TV and the additional three year warranty. Once that was done they sold it back to me, now with a five year warranty and $221 back to my card. No hassles, no problems. Even though I live in South Reno, I'll make the drive up to this store. Even the door greeters at this store appear to be enjoying their job as opposed to the South Reno store. Keep up the good work!”

“Went around 11:30AM on a Friday and there was no wait. The staff was polite and friendly and service was pretty quick. All their rolls are delicious and they have a large selection to choose from. I thought I was hungrier than I actually was and we ended up getting an additional charge for a regular roll for the sushi we wanted to take home. This is pretty typical for most all you can eat sushi places in Reno if you have a lot leftover but the staff was courteous about it and I had no complaints. By the time we were leaving around 12:45PM there were a lot of people waiting so I'm glad we got there a bit earlier.”

One unfortunate fact for us who need to be very careful re covid: no touchless payment. I would prefer credit card over the phone. They meet you at the car, take your card for payment and hand it back to you and require a physical signature.”

So I was nervous this time around to say the least. I bought a car roll-cage online, then received a text message from RL Carriers telling me to call them and make an appointment to drop the roll-cage off at my house. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Just received the roll-cage today at my house, ON TIME. The truck driver was super polite and helpful. Great overall experience with RL Carriers.”
