They had an estimator out the same day, I felt the price was way too high but it is was comparable to all the other phone estimates I had already gotten. Maybe labor prices are just higher in Reno than anywhere else. But the customer service was great and we decided to go with them Hawthorne because of their quick response. The service tech Nate did a great job. He was able to get to work right then. We were able to take a hot showers the next morning before work.”
