“I've been living here for around 2 years now and it's such a good experience. Spacious apartment with no insects, that's already a huge improvement from where I used to live in NYC. Only had one maintenance request about the water heater and within 4 hours it's completely fixed. Staff is really polite here too. There's one best thing other reviews didn't mention about the apartment here (at least for first floor apartments): the walls are thick and they keep the room temperature constant. Here in Nevada the outside temp varies from 10 to 110 degrees yearly, but the room is always between 55 and 80 without turning on heating or cooling. I have lived in several places where the inside temp matches outside temp, and this apartment is so much better.”

“Great little hole in the wall Mexican joint. No table service, almost completely self serve. Order from the menu board on the wall, get your drinks and sit. Be prepared for the interior. It is clean but very small. I saw a fire department sign for 25 occupancy but counted only 16 chairs around tables and a small alcove. We really enjoyed the chips and salsa. Both chips and salsa were fresh made and very tasty. Salsa is more in the salsa fresca vein than hot salsa. The wife and I both ordered tacos. Very good. We will go back and try other offerings.”

Randy got our pellet stove to us super fast (while everyone else was MONTHS out) and Ricky had a hell of a time because of a tough install at our place. Even with that difficulty, they were nothing but nice. Randy accidentally under quoted the install by $268 AND WOULDNT EVEN LET ME PAY FOR THE OVERAGE!! HE ATE THE $268 and refused to let me cover it. Unheard of these days. Incredibly knowledgeable and great to deal with, look nowhere else for your needs.
