“My side by side Samsung Refrigerator stopped working. The freezer side was still good, but the fridge section died. I called around to 5-6 different repair shops and got the answers that they didn't do Samsung, didn't do residential, etc. I called Comfort Home, and they were very courteous, and scheduled a 4 hour window for later in the day. The technician Eddie, called me an hour out to tell me he was on his way. He asked me what then problem was, and he showed up right in the middle of the window. He immediately knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts on his truck, and fixed my Samsung in about an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, and just a real gentleman. I frequent the Simmons location because it's well stocked and clean, even at night. Staff is friendly and always willing to help me find something when I need help. One night, my car battery died. I called for service but they said it would take an hour to get to me. Crystal, the store's night manager noticed my car's hood was up and asked me if I needed help. When I explained what happened, she called her husband to bring jumper cables and they both helped me jump my car battery so I could start my car. I was able to leave and purchase a new battery that night. Crystal is Amazing! She went above and beyond great customer service. I'm so glad she's the store night manager. People like Crystal make customers loyal to businesses. This location is now my favorite!”

“Jr. Tile installed over 1,000 sq ft of tile in my home and I'm very pleased with the work they did. My floors look beautiful. The installers, Luis and Ernesto, were very professional, courteous, and hard working. They arrived every morning at 8, or shortly after, and they worked diligently. They also cleaned up reasonably well when they were done. The estimated completion date was 1 week to 10 days and they met the deadline. The price was also fair. I would definitely recommend Jr. Tile.”
