“I just wanted to say I moved into these apartments when they first opened. I was only supposed to stay 1 year. However ended up staying longer. In my many years here the staff handled every concern fast and without problems. I would go to the gym every morning and every day the manager Sandie would great me by name. Her and her staff would always go beyond what was asked of them. The Maintenance was always hard working and handled problems as well. I’m going to miss this place. “First I would like to say that since I moved in, in May 2022, I have seen 4 different property managers. Tiffany the current property manager, is a gem! She has really tried to correct my rent account (the original property manager didn't setup my account correctly). She has taken steps to improve the property. She has hired security, she is taking steps to fix the pool. Tiffany is alway a delight to talk to, she listens & I feel that she hears what I am saying. There are some issues with some of the neighbors, but that is not the properties fault. The rent amount is the least I could find at the time. Is the rent too high, YES, but that is a sign of the times. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, polite, & professional, I have no problem with letting them in my home. All the issues I have experienced while living here were created by previous idiots working in the office. Tiffany has worked hard at correcting those issues. It seems she is also trying to get the best team she can with what she has to work with. This is my first experience with an apartment complex in 20 years, while it has been rocky, I feel that Tiffany is the best property manager I have seen. I work as an accounting manager & know that handling 250 + residents can be a handful, especially when their account are wrong & you have to fix it all. Tiffany has done an awesome job navigating these treacherous conditions.”

“I have been renting from Nevada Desert Realty since March 2022. Amber and Anna were extremely helpful with the application process and allowed a speedy move in. Within the first week of moving I realized there were a couple necessary repairs, they send their maintenance guy (Oscar) out right away and he fixed everything that needed to be fixed and he was very courteous and professional. Just recently in July my A/C went out on a Friday night (1am) . I contacted their office on Saturday morning and they send out their A/C vendor who arrived by noon on Saturday and repaired the unit which works perfect now. There was no delay and I didn't have to suffer the heat for very long. So far I am very satisfied with Nevada Desert Realty and their staff especially Amber who has been so helpful from Day 1, she is extremely courteous, considerate,respectful and professional in her field and I am confident to be in good hands with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
