  I've been practicing with Kathy for about a year now, I look forward to our personalized Thursday morning classes within my community! Kathy is very personable and knowledgeable and teaches a great class. She is helpful with doing all of our poses correctly so as to not cause injury.

  I have been going to yoga classes at Amherst Yoga and Reiki for almost 2 years. Kathy is an amazing instructor and does a great job at modifying poses for different levels. Her classes are a great way to begin or end a day!

  I've been taking yoga with Kathy for almost two years. She is a welcoming, knowledgeable and very caring teacher. She describes the benefits of each pose to the body and brings peace, joy and humor into our practice. I highly recommend taking a class.

  I had never done yoga and was honestly somewhat apprehensive prior to my first class. Amherst Yoga studio was warm and inviting with a boutique type environment. Kathy was excellent in helping me through the yoga progressions and poses. I am now a huge yoga believer and I would definitely recommend Amherst Yoga to anyone looking for something other than the "large gym" type yoga experience.

  Kathy’s yoga class is amazing. I’ve been going to her classes now for almost two years. After every class I just feel so much better - I feel so energized and grounded. She knows how to adapt her class, on the fly, for her audience. I highly recommend Kathy’s classes.
