Initially, I was concerned about dealing with both the medical situation and a new (to me) team. From the moment I walked in the door, any reservation completely faded. I was impressed with the team from front desk to techs to vets. Highly professionaal, warm and welcoming. They took time to answer all the questions, we hada very successful procedure and I'm thrilled with them in every way -- from competency, professionalism, communication, procedure success, follow-up, pricing and more! I would use them again in a heartbeat!
