(November 15, 2018, 10:19 pm)Sue’s approach with me was so clear and concise -I could fill a book with how she has helped me-if I had the desire to stay focused that long! Instead, I will just state, she helped me, a 60 year old, to see and understand how capable I am and effective I can be. Through balanced and compassionate conversations, Sue provided insight, suggestions and tools to help me be more efficient and focused and therefor more effective. She has helped me to be more aware, more disciplined and more confident in who I am. Not to say, I never slip back to frenzy- life happens. I always know, I can get back in touch with Sue for a refresher or boost! So glad that I found Sue West!
