I made a deal to sell the house back in January to close in late March. For the most part it all went smooth. Justin was very helpful and understanding. The only thing was the shortage of apartments available at the time that were in my price range which made things stressful and we had to be out by closing. It was a close call but we managed to get it done. They helped with getting me a mover, helped with first and last months on the new apartment and even let my tenant at the time stay and keep her apartment. Overall, I would recommend them specially Justin.

Eddie and the team were great to work with. They were extremely flexible with my tight schedule (I had movers come on Sunday, we closed on Tuesday). The offer was fair market for the condition of the property. If your in a situation where you can't afford any delays that could happen with a standard realtor I would definitely recommend giving NH home buyers a call.
