  I am forever grateful for the love and care that my mom received at the Community Hospice House. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of the hospice patient and family. My mom thanked me every day for bringing her there. CHH will always hold a special place in my heart.

  Absolute angels. If I could give a 100 star rating I would. My dad just left this earth a couple days ago after a period of declining health enduring nothing but nightmare after nightmare at the local hospital. Once we were finally able to get him to the Community Hospice House we immediately felt how he was embraced by their loving arms, therapeudic, calming environment and I could say goodbye knowing he was surrounded by the most compassionate wonderful people.

  Giving thanks for the care, compassion and attentive staff at Community Hospice House. Every consideration was given to make my mother's final weeks as comfortable as possible. The facility has a home like atmosphere that is very calming. The staff has a genuine concern for their patients and I could not ask for anymore. Sincere thank you for all you do at Community Hospice.

This is an amazing facility truly dedicated to quality end of My mother was in Community Hospice for a week and a half before she passed away. We can't say enough good things about this facility and its staff.
