“I have been settled in here for a few months and have nothing but good things to say about Highland Estates. The staff are wonderful and are eager to help with any questions or concerns. When I first moved in I had a weird smell in the apartment. I thought nothing of it, and figured it was new paint or something that would go away. Turns out I was very wrong and it was coming from a few stains in the carpet. Meghan B. immediately took care of the issue and sent over professional cleaners right away to clean the carpet. It still didn't get rid of the smell and Ralph the maintenance manager replaced the whole carpet in that room a day or two later. Great service. Meghan and Ralph went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. What is also easy and stress-free is the fact that you can pay rent online through paylease. I would definitely recommend red oak if you're moving to the area.”

I was late with payment for a couple of days and she would send a friendly reminder by text, which I found very helpful because I had forgotten. She did not appy a late fee. Prices were more reasonable than many other facilities around the area too. I would definitely recommend North River Storage for all you storage needs.”
