Century 21 Cardinal

Rick Cardinal was exceptional and extraordinary to work with. A couple years ago, I purchased my condo in Nashua with the help from a Century 21 Cardinal realtor. I came back to work with this company due to their values and commitment to get the job done. This was my choice and would be again, even when I had moved halfway across the country to Missouri and had so many of these ‘easy’ remote realtor options .
Rick worked with me remotely and took care of EVERYTHING seamlessly. I cannot express how much stress this saved me by working with someone that was completely dedicated to getting the job done. From meeting with my parents who were getting the home ready for sale, to the professional photos, to moving and rehoming furniture that I could not do (as I was not physically there) etc. This process was effortless. EFFORTLESS!!
I have never physically been able to shake Rick Cardinal’s hand thank you - but next time I am in town to see my family, I am making a special trip just to say thank you to him in person. If this is your first or 100th time selling (or buying), you NEED Century 21 Cardinal.

He took on a interesting situation...me being from Texas and selling a home in NH and made it AMAZING!! He has handled this whole sale (which only took 12 days) so professional.

My experiences with Mr. Cardinal were based on antiques as I purchased a few antique portrait paintings from him. He appeared to be honest and forthwith. After all, one wants an honest realtor/person during a real estate transaction. Mr. Cardinal is honest.
Then, out of the blue, Mr. Cardinal just disappeared, without even a good bye.
I enjoyed knowing him as we shared very similar interests in antiques, history, art, Star Trek, etc.
I'm guessing that Mr. Cardinal became judgemental of me, (I am an imperfect human) deciding to discard our friendship and me as a person. After I posted a negative review, Mr. Cardinal threatened me with ridiculous law suits with no merit. I decided to remove that review to show my forgiveness and good wishes.
I do know that he seemed to suit many people he worked with in his business (developers he told me).
For what it's worth, I'll miss him and our discarded friendship.

I can't understand why anyone would say anything bad about Century 21 Cardinal!
My experience showed only professional and friendly encounters! This company has been around for a very long time, that in itself says a lot.

Rick Cardinal is someone who has been in the business for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge with respect to the real estate industry. I approached him as a first time home buyer on April 21st to set up an initial meeting and I have already successfully closed on a multi-family property as of June 29th. As soon as I reached out to him, he immediately expressed his excitement over multi-family houses and made me feel very comfortable along the way. He truly made me feel like I was his ONLY customer at all times and when he says he works 7 days a week, believe me, he does. He is VERY responsive and explained everything in great detail. I never felt like I was pressured to make any type of decision, which is great. He was also very protective over my purchase and made sure that he was working in my best interest.
